1.Over The Moon

This week on Netflix, Over The Moon is currently at #1. Over The Moon is directed by Glen Keane. Famous cast members include: Cathy Ang and Phillipa Soo. Over The Moon is an animated film released in 2020. The main character, Fei Fei, is influenced by memories of her mother everyday. Fei Fei is a resourceful and determined little girl. She has always been fascinated with the Legendary Moon Goddess who lives on the moon and waits for her true love. She is convinced that the Goddess is real, but her family doesn't believe her. She is determined to prove the Legendary Moon Goddess is real. Fei Fei builds a rocket to the moon in hopes of proving to everyone the existence of the Legendary Moon Goddess.

In my opinion, this movie was pretty bad. It was cringe and not realistic. Do not waste your time watching the movie as it is a "Pass" for me.

2. Rebecca

Currently, Rebecca is #2 on Netflix. This film is directed by Ben Wheatley. Famous cast members include: Lily James, Armie Hammer, and Kristin Scott Thomas. Rebecca is a mix of a horror and romantic genre. The time is set in the 1930s, a young newlywed moves to her new husband's estate. Mrs de Winter is now married to Maxim de Winter and are living together in the massive estate. Maxim de Winter's housekeeper, Mrs. Danvers is ominous and threatening to Mrs de Winter. She later learns that her husband was previously married. She never knew about this and Maxim de Winter refuses to ever talk about it. Throughout the house, Mrs de Winter, finds clues of her husband's late wife. The late wife's spirit is alive in the estate, and it does not like Mrs de Winter, as she stole her husband. The spirit haunts Mrs de Winter and has influenced the estate staff to dislike Maxim de Winter's new wife.

After watching this I rate this a "watch." This was a really good movie. It was well filmed, written, and acted. The plot is very good and keeps you guessing!

3. Hubie Halloween

Still, Hubie Halloween, is #3 on Netflix under "Top 10 Movies in the U.S. Today." This is the second week in a row that Hubie Halloween is ranked under the "Top 10 Movies in the U.S. Today." Hubie Halloween is directed by Steve Brill. Famous cast members include: Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Julie Bowen, Noah Schnapp, and Steve Buscemi. Halloween time is upon the residents of Salem, Massachusetts, and Hubie is gearing up for Halloween. Hubie Debois is known as the town clown. Everyone makes fun of him and plays jokes on him. Hubie constantly finds himself at the police station tattle-taling on every little thing he "sees." Everyone takes Hubie's encounters with a grain of salt. But when Hubie actually sees something important, nobody takes him serious. Halloween has made Salem a spooky town, and Hubie, is set out to save his town.

After watching this movie, I rate it a "watch." I recommend this movie for someone who enjoys spooky, comedy movies. It is kind of predictable and a little cheesy, but overall well worth your time to watch! Since this movie is ranked for the second week in a row, I decided to watch it again. It was just as good as the first time!

I really enjoyed your blog post! I usually have a really hard time finding new movies to watch and can never decide between the two. I will definitely have to watch Hubie Halloween before Saturday! It is so nice having someone else's opinion on the movie rather than just watching a trailer! I can't wait to see what other movies you recommend!

This is such a good idea for a blog topic. Your honesty on everything makes me laugh. Out of these three movies I think I will have to watch ¨Hubie Halloween.¨ I have actually heard a few other people say it was funny. I dont really like movies that are cheesy but I like comedies. I love your blog keep it up.

I think this is such a good topic for a blog post! It is great for anybody wanting to know what the top picks are of the week, a quick background of what the movie is about, and a nice simple review by somebody who has watched it. I think this is so much easier to get information from rather than watching a 3-minute long trailer and ending up not liking the movie and wasting your time. After reading what the movies are about I know that I would not like the movie "Over the Moon" and I would watch "Rebecca" and "Hubie Halloween" because they sound super interesting to me and I did not even have to watch the…
